Second, the Synthetic Route we will recommend is the most important for your reference?

First, synthesis line ofTetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate CAS NO.32503-27-8  as follows

Synthetic method

1. Add 185kg of iodobutane and 185kg of tributylamine into the reaction kettle in sequence, add 500L of acetonitrile as the solvent, and heat and reflux under stirring for 1 hour. Cool to room temperature, add 140 kg of methyl hydrogen sulfate, reflux for 8 hours. Steam out the by-product iodobutane, and then steam out acetonitrile under reduced pressure. Add dilute hydrochloric acid to the residue for acidic hydrolysis, and feed the hydrolysis product into a distillation tower to first evaporate methanol and water, and then steam the product tetra-n-butylammonium hydrogen sulfate under reduced pressure. Repeat with ethyl acetate to obtain pure product.

2. Add 98 grams of sulfuric acid to 259 grams of tetra-n-butyl hydroxide aqueous solution, stir thoroughly, and concentrate under reduced pressure. The residue was recrystallized from methyl ethyl ketone to obtain pure product
