First, synthesis line of 1-Hydroxyethoxyethylpiperazine CAS NO.13349-82-1  as follows

Obtained by condensation of piperazine with chloroethoxyethanol. Add hexahydrate piperazine and hydrochloride piperazine into the reaction pot, stir and heat to 140 , evaporate the water, and obtain piperazine hydrochloride. Cool to 120 and add chloroethoxyethanol dropwise. After adding, heat up to 150-155 and react for 4 hours. Place it in cold ethanol while still hot and cool to 0-5 . Filter, neutralize the filtrate with sodium hydroxide solution, filter out sodium chloride, evaporate ethanol to obtain the finished product. The yield is 60%.
