Synthesis line in lab as below

(1) Add 100ml of DMF, 47.2g of para dibromobenzene, 24g of sodium hydride, 150 trifluoroethanol, and 25g of ketone iodide into the reaction flask in sequence, and react at 120 ℃ for 12 hours. After the reaction is completed, pour it into cooling water, add activated carbon for decolorization, filter, extract the mother liquor with dichloromethane, recover dichloromethane, and recrystallize with methanol to obtain 48.5g of 1,4-bis (2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy) benzene, with a calculated yield of 88.5%.

(2) Add 27.4g (0.1mol) of 1,4-bis (2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy) benzene, 100ml of dichloromethane, and 26.7g (0.2mol) of anhydrous aluminum trichloride to the reaction flask, cool to 10 ℃, add 9.4g (0.12mol) of acetyl chloride dropwise, and react at room temperature for 4h after titration. Finally, pour 100g of ice and 30ml of HCl (30%), layer by layer, collect the lower organic layer, extract the water layer with dichloromethane (50ml * 3), merge the organic layers, wash with water to neutral, and dry with sodium sulfate, Filter and recover dichloromethane to obtain crude 2,5-bis (2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy) acetophenone. The crude product was recrystallized with methanol to obtain 24.6g of 2,5-bis (2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy) acetophenone, with a calculated yield of 78%.

(3) Add 31.6g (0.1mol) of 2,5-bis (2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy) acetophenone, 150g of water, and 4.2g of sodium hydroxide to the reaction flask, raise the temperature to 80 ℃, and start adding 65g of sodium hypochlorite (10% concentration) dropwise. After 4 hours of reaction, add activated carbon for decolorization for 0.5h. Filter and cool the filtrate to room temperature. Adjust the filtrate pH 2-3 with 30% hydrochloric acid to precipitate white solid. Filter and collect the solid, and recrystallize it with ethanol to obtain 23.8g of white crystalline solid, The purity was determined to be 99.60% by HPLC, and the calculated yield was 74.8%
