Synthetic line No. 1 of 2-(2-Butoxyethoxy)ethyl acetate as below

Using the raw materials preheated to 110 , ethylene glycol butyl ether and acetic acid, are fed into the first fixed bed reactor 1 with a flow rate of 15L/h at a ratio of 1:1. The esterification reaction temperature is 110 and the space velocity is 3h-1. The material that passes through the first fixed bed reactor 1 enters distillation tower 3. In distillation tower 3, the water generated by esterification reaction forms an azeotrope in the presence of water carrier benzene at 68-70 and is continuously separated. The material that has been dehydrated is continuously extracted at a flow rate of 30L/h in the distillation section of distillation tower 3 and transported to the second fixed bed reactor 2 equipped with 5L solid acid catalyst for esterification reaction. The reaction temperature is 120 and the space velocity is 6h-1. The material flow rate input to the second fixed bed reactor 2 is twice the feed rate of the first fixed bed reactor 1. The material that passes through the second fixed bed reactor 2 also enters distillation tower 3 to separate and remove water. The top distillate of distillation tower 3 is condensed by condenser 4 and then enters the layering tank 5. In the layering tank 5, it is divided into organic and water phases, and the water phase is extracted. The organic phase is returned to distillation tower 3 with water carrying agent benzene for reuse. The mass ratio of the discharge components from the distillation tower 3 kettle is 57.4% ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate, 14.4% acetic acid, and 28.2% ethylene glycol butyl ether. The discharge from the distillation tower kettle 3 enters the separately equipped delighting tower for distillation. The ethylene glycol butyl ether and acetic acid distilled from the top of the delighting tower are recycled and reused. The materials from the delighting tower kettle are sent to the product distillation tower for purification, and 7.6kg of ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate product can be produced per hour. 1. Catalyst preparation

Weigh 192g Mg (NO3) 2.6H2O crystals and 141g Al (NO3) 3.9H2O crystals and dissolve them in 1L deionized water to prepare a mixed solution of Al (NO3) 3 and Mg (NO3) 2. Add 300mL0.9mol/L Na2CO3 solution to the above mixed solution, and then add 2.25mol/L NaOH solution dropwise. Adjust the pH of the solution to 10 ± 0.5. Continue stirring the mixed solution at room temperature for about 5-6 hours, then filter and wash until neutral, and dry overnight in an 80 oven. Take 10g of the dried sample and add it to an isopropanol solution containing 0.0025g/mL of arachidic acid. After boiling and reflux for about 2 hours, filter and wash it to neutral. Dry it overnight in an 80 oven, and finally calcine it in a muffle furnace at 500 for 5 hours to obtain a composite metal oxide catalyst. Label the catalyst modified and roasted with arachidic acid as LDH-1, and label the unmodified and unburned catalyst as LDH-2.

2 Product synthesis

The synthesis conditions of ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate are as follows: temperature 120-150 , EO pressure 0.4MPa, molar ratio of ester to alkyl 1:1 to 5:1, mass space velocity 2.5-4.1h-1, and catalyst loading 2g. After the reaction, the product is cooled and gas-liquid separated to obtain the target products ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate and diethylene glycol butyl ether acetate
